Challenge
A national hospital information system serving 90+ servers, 30,000+ healthcare workers, and over 1.5 million patient visits every month needed to modernize its architecture and infrastructure — without disrupting live clinical operations.
Solution
We redesigned the platform from a legacy monolith into a decoupled Next.js frontend backed by a modernized Java REST API, migrated infrastructure to a highly available Kubernetes cluster, and introduced the HL7 FHIR standard for interoperability with external healthcare systems — all while the system stayed in continuous production use.
